Sarah Menard

Founder & Director, Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA), Ontario Certified Teacher (OCT)
Sarah earned her Master of Science for Teachers in Childhood Education from SUNY Potsdam (2016) and a Masters in Special Education with a concentration in Applied Behaviour Analysis from Arizona State University (2020). Sarah is a certified Ontario teacher as well as a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst. Sarah specializes in early childhood education, with a passion for enhancing school readiness skills for children. Sarah began her journey in the field of applied behaviour analysis in 2014 and has since worked in schools, private clinics and in-home settings providing behavioural analytic and educational services.

Avery Alton

Assistant Clinical Director, Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA)
Avery has been working with children and youth with developmental disabilities for 10 years in various capacities. She started running camp programs for children with neurological disabilities for 5 years and then continued in providing ABA services for children with autism. In 2021 she graduated from Brock University with a Masters in Applied Disability Studies. She received her certification as a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst in December 2021. She is passionate and dedicated to her work as a behaviour analyst.

Christine Park

ABA Program Manager, Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA), Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE)
Christine obtained her Board Certified Behaviour Analyst certification in 2021 and became a Registered Early Childhood Educator in 2016. She has worked in different educational settings in both Montreal and Ottawa. She thrives to support students with an autism spectrum diagnosis using Applied Behaviour Analysis in a safe and compassionate manner. She is dedicated to provide effective programming to her clients and ensure generalization occurs in various environments (home, daycare, school, etc.).

Fatma Mohamad

Lead Behaviour Therapist
Fatma has been working with children with ASD for over 2 years as a Behavioral Therapist and is passionate about working with children and getting to witness the positive effect she has on the children’s lives. In 2021, Fatma completed her Bachelor of Cognitive Science with a concentration in Language and Linguistics at Carleton University. She is now completing her Master’s in Special Education with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis through Arizona State University with plans to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Rebecca Webster

Behaviour Therapist, Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE)
Rebecca has worked with children for over 5 years and is passionate about helping them grow and develop in various settings. Rebecca is a Registered Early Childhood Educator and is currently completing her Bachelor of Arts Degree with a Major in Psychology at Carleton University. She is also in the process of completing the Registered Behaviour Technician course to further develop her skills and knowledge in the field of ABA. Rebecca is very enthusiastic to learn and looks forward to applying her skills at Full Circle Therapy!

Mandi Gin

Behaviour Therapist
Mandi obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Child Studies at Carleton University, in December 2020. Since then, she has been working in the ABA field, with experience in the centre, home, and community settings. Her passion for working with children with exceptionalities is continuously growing. Mandi is currently enrolled in Florida Institute of Technology's Master's Program in Behavior Analysis Practice. She is working to expand her knowledge, and intends to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
